Sheffield Christmas Market | Sheffield | 15th November – 24th December
This Christmas market is the perfect place to visit whilst your doing a bit of Christmas shopping in Sheffield city centre! With over 50 cabins you are guaranteed a Christmas experience featuring a Santa’s Grotto, Sleigh bar and of course those traditions German sausages! The Christmas cabins cover Fargate, Town Hall Square and Peace Gardens
Selby Christmas Market | Selby | 1st December
This Christmas market is only here for one day, but it’s also the night the Christmas lights get switched on! Entertainment will wander through the crowds whilst you grab a bite to eat and drink some festive mulled wine! The Mayor will switch on the lights at 4pm along with their guest of honour.
Skipton Christmas Market | Skipton | 2nd & 9th December
This hugely successful event, brought to you by Skipton Town Council and the Skipton Business Improvement District attracts tens of thousands of people from across the country.
Skipton’s famous Market will be in full festive flow on both days. running the full length of the High Street from 10am – 4.00pm. Together with the market and great food stalls, there will be a full range of entertainment in the Town Centre throughout the day, both in the main High Street Arena and at locations across the Town.
Beverley Festival of Christmas | Beverley | 9th December
Each year, on the second Sunday in December, the centre of Beverley is transformed into a magical Christmas shopper’s wonderland, as over 120 stalls brimming with gorgeous Christmas gifts and local treats take over the historic market town. Soak up the sights, smells and sounds as you wander around the markets and enjoy a range of festive family entertainment including Live Music, Dancing, Carols and more. There’s so much to keep the kids entertained with Face Painting, Traditional Victorian Fairground Rides, Santa’s Grotto and Pantomime Performances.
Harrogate Christmas Market | Harrogate | 15th November – 18th November
Now in it’s sixth year, this Christmas market has won several awards and is now recognised as one of the best in the UK. The three day event has a strong Yorkshire theme, where you can find many hand-grafted gifts and locally produced food and drink, that you cannot get on the high street!
Leeds Christkindelmarkt | Leeds | 9th November – 22nd December
Leeds has one of the most established German Christmas Markets in the UK, with wooden stalls, smells of mulled wine, shopping stalls and a Christmas carousel ride, people from across the country travel to this unique continental Christmas vibe in Leeds City Centre. Based at Millennium Square for over a month, we are sure you’ll find time to visit!
St Nicholas Fayre | York | 16th November – 22nd December
Wooden chalets and twinkling lights line the busy streets of York, as stallholders sell unique gifts including jewellery, homeware, crafts and local wines and cheeses, and scents of hot mulled wine and roasted chestnuts fill the air. There is the very best in local farm produce as well as international delicacies from France and Germany. Choirs and bands help create a wonderful seasonal atmosphere. The Hepworth Wakefield Christmas Market | Wakefield | 23rd – 25th & 30th – 2nd December
Here we have over 80 independent stalls selling a variety of jewellery, cosmetics and candles. There is also a delicious range of artisan food and drink available with the produce made in Yorkshire and an outdoor area with a range of tasty street food.
