You might be pleased to hear that beer drinkers in Yorkshire are getting a decent deal on the price of a pint compared to other places in the UK.
According to the Good Pub Guide 2017, the average price for a pint of beer in Yorkshire is £3.25. Our friends down south are paying almost a pound a pint more, with Londoners paying an average of £4.08 per pint. The guide revealed that Surrey is the most expensive area outside London with a pint averaging at £3.75. So next time you’re supping a pint in a Yorkshire pub you can feel a little bit smug that you’re northern!
