Leeds pub Adelphi reopens today with a contemporary new twist

The £250,000 refurbishment has been underway for two weeks and is now open for business with a new style and menu of premium food and drink. (October 15).

The new look boasts four individually styled rooms that blend a contemporary interior design with the original Victorian pub features.

The Hunslet Road gem has returned to the people of Leeds with a quirky character; showcasing art and famous faces inspired by the city’s history.

The upstairs private function room has also been completely revamped and provides a decadent venue for every occasion.

Guests old and new can relax in the cosy new seating area, and enjoy board games, live music and comedy nights throughout the year.

Built in 1899, a dozen years before the Titanic, the Adelphi’s interior and unique touches create the atmosphere of a British pub frozen in time.
