Stuck for some Val- day date inspiration? Look no further, because a pizza restaurant in the heart of Leeds city centre has joined forces with a pasta specialist, who will begin serving dishes to customers next Friday 14 February
PAZZA is a brand new concept, but rather than opening a restaurant of its own, it will set up a pop-up station in MOD Pizza on Bond Street in Leeds.
The “make your own” pasta concept is similar to MOD Pizza’s custom offering, so the collaboration is a great fit to be able to offer the people of Leeds exactly what they want, whether it’s an express lunch break, leisurely sit-down dinner, or a romantic meal!
The PAZZA menu will consist of seven dishes, as well as the build your own concept, all from £5.95. Show stopping dishes include their Chicken and Chorizo Alfredo, made with fresh rigatoni, sundried tomatoes, spinach and parmesan, and the Italian staple, Bolognese with beef and red wine, sage, thyme and parmesan.
Lucky passers-by travelling through Leeds City centre will also be able to get their hands on free PAZZA pasta outside MOD Pizza on launch day, between 11 – 3pm. Also, don’t worry if you miss out on sample dishes on the Friday as there will be a second chance to sample the delicious freebies the very next day at the same time, on Briggate.
General Manager of MOD Pizza Nic Bohanna had this to say ahead of the launch: “We are super excited to be collaborating with PAZZA and welcoming their fresh pasta to our restaurant in Leeds city centre.
“By coming together with the team at PAZZA, we are now able to offer not only the best pizza in Leeds, but also the tastiest, freshest pasta, all in a matter of minutes, exactly how you like it.”
