1 tbsp olive oil
200g bag of kale
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 red chilli, deseeded and sliced
1. Heat the oil in a large wok, then add the kale and a couple of tablespoons of water.
2. Season, then stir fry for 5-8 minutes, adding the chilli and garlic for the final two minutes.
3. When the kale is tender, remove from the heat and serve.
