Remember remember the 5th November! (and to be responsible with fireworks). If you haven’t yet decided where you’re going to go and enjoy the fireworks tonight, and would also like to avoid ticket costs/large crowds then take a look at some venues we’ve dug out for you. They’re cost efficient and family friendly.
1. The Dam House, Sheffield
Head over to a tranquil setting in Crookes Valley Park in Sheffield, where the family and student friendly bar The Dam house will be having drinks offers all night and a fireworks display from 19.30 – 21.30. Free entry
2. Bay Horse, Leeds
Check out The Bay Horse in Leeds on Parkside Road to enjoy an intimate Bonfire Night with a small bonfire from 17.30pm and a mini fireworks display at 6.30pm. There will be pie and peas, toffee apples or drinks to purchase at the outdoor bar. £1 entry
3. Bay Horse in Great Heck, Selby
Tonight is The Bay Horse’s annual firework display, starting at 6 pm on Main Street, Selby. The fireworks will be between 20.00- 20.30. There will be hot dogs, onion fries, leek and potato soup, chestnuts and lots more tasty treats. There are also sparklers for the children! Free entry
4. Squires Cafe Bar, Leeds
Newthorpe Lane in Leeds is the home to Squires Cafe Bar, who tonight will host their annual firework display with fairground rides and a kids entertainer. The kids entertainer will be in the function room for 6pm with fireworks at approximately 19.30pm. Free entry
5. Tadcaster Magnets , Queens Gardens
Based in Tadcaster! You might be familiar with the annual bonfire event Tadcaster Magnets. The gates open at 17.45 tonight at Queens Gardens and there will be a bonfire, food, fairground rides and a spectacular fire work display kicking off at 19.30. £4 entry
