The Private Hill launches Happy Hour on Yorkshire Day!

Yorkshire Day is tomorrow, August 1st and what better way to celebrate Yorkshire than relaxing, taking in the stunning views we have! The Private Hill set on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds, with views for over 60 miles across the Vale of York is the perfect location.

To celebrate the launch of it’s café and bar, The Private Hill is running happy hour from Yorkshire Day on 1st August until 11th August. Happy Hour includes 25% discount on beers, wines and spirits (excluding champagne) and complimentary snacks and tapas between 5pm and 7pm.

The Private Hill describes itself as a ‘small, romantic, luxury destination where impeccable, super friendly service and hotel standards of comfort come together with nature.’

Owned by farmer Roddy Hamilton, The Private Hill café and bar is a new concept, set in a geodesic dome at the top of Thrussendale Road in Acklam near Malton. The café and bar is open to residents and to non residents who want to pop in for a drink, coffee and cake, light meals and snacks and alcoholic beverages throughout the day from 9am to 7pm.

If you fancy a little more that just a visit to the café and bar, The Private Hill also offers five star accommodation for a perfect hideaway glamping experience. The brand new geodesic domes are each named after one of their pedigree Aberdeen Angus Cattle. The domes are furnished to provide optimum levels of wellbeing whilst also providing a truly private en-suite facility and small kitchenette.

The stunning location is also available to book for private events, lunches, celebrations and fine dining evenings. With breathtaking views across Yorkshire, delicious food and drink and top class service, The Private Hill is sure to become the place to go in North Yorkshire.
