The new bite will bring together two of life’s biggest pleasures: chocolate and burgers
YOH Burger in Rotherham is shaking up the fast food scene with the arrival of their all-new chocolate burger. It was added to the menu on July 1st and the decadent sweet/savoury mash up will feature YOH Burger’s signature flame-grilled patty topped with lashings of melted chocolate.
Founded in 2018, the South Yorkshire based diner has enjoyed immense success thanks to its ‘Build YOH Own’ concept. Guests have the option of choosing their bread, filling and sauces, with the choice of pimping up their hand-held bundles of joy with a variety of toppings.
The new Belgian Chocolate Burger will cost you £8.99 and is unlike anything currently available in the burger sphere. Diners can expect a glazed brioche bun topped with a flame grilled 6oz fresh house-minced YOH premium beef patty, hot and crispy onion rings, turkey rashers, slices of Monterey Jack cheese, and a copious amount of melted Belgian chocolate. The playful fusion of flavours is not to be missed.
Nothing has been scrimped for the immense burger – YOH’s burger is made from fresh premium beef, minced by the team every morning to a secret American recipe. The sweet brioche buns come from a local bakery, precisely made to a perfect brioche, butter mix and the star of the show, the rich Belgian chocolate has been developed by the world’s best experts. Produced from carefully selected cocoa beans, the chocolate has been made since 1988 and holds a high reputation for superior quality (and taste!).
The chocolate burger will sit alongside the weird and wacky menu regulars including the Manhattan Melt (seeded brioche bun, 6oz YOH beef, nachos, nacho cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, lettuce, onions and mayo); Empire State (black charcoal bun, 6oz fresh YOH beef, turkey rashers, grilled egg, potato waffle, Monterey Jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions and burger sauce); and Rockefella (glazed brioche bun, 6oz fresh YOH® beef, grilled egg, hash brown, Monterey Jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions and spicy mayo).
Let’s face it, it’s a combination you didn’t know you needed…until now, the chocolate burger is a UK first not to be missed!
YOH Burger is situated at the Fizwilliam Service Station in Eastwood.
