Selby’s Comus Inn receives a 5-star food hygiene rating for the second time

The food standard’s agency inspected the premises on the 1st October and the results have once again upheld the pub’s glowing reputation

The Selby Road pub is also recognised with a ‘certificate of excellence’ on trip advisor for consistently earning brilliant reviews from their guests.

With frequent five star reviews on both their Facebook and Trip Advisor page, it’s no secret that the staff at The Comus Inn have been working tirelessly to provide customer’s with excellent service around the clock.

Landlady Jade Campey was especially happy with the results, proudly congratulating her staff and thanking the customers.

“What can I say other than how proud I am of all the staff here at the Comus for always maintaining an excellent, clean and safe environment within the kitchen, toilets, wash, cellar and pub. Thank you to all my customers for their continued custom. Yet again we have been awarded a five star hygiene rating! Tireless work means the best results.”

The Comus Inn continues to make many customer’s happy, with the most notorious attraction being their coveted carvery lunches.

From everyone at Wine & Dine Yorkshire, we would like to congratulate the Comus Inn on their hard work and achievement!
